Local Production – Typically for simpler designs like Silkscreen printing or Embroidery services. This usually takes about 5 – 7 working days (after artwork approval). Your Digital artwork will be provided for approval after the order has been processed.

Overseas Production – For more complex customizations or competitive pricing. Since these are produced overseas, the lead time generally ranges between 3-5 weeks, depending on the product you need to customize.

Absolutely! We offer a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of just 1 piece per design for ready-stock apparel and corporate gifts.

Standard Delivery: Typically takes 5 to 8 business days for the majority of areas.

Custom Orders: Orders customized to your specifications take a bit longer to manufacture. Expect delivery within 9-12 business days for these orders. Please note, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can anticipate your order arriving within the standard delivery timeframe. Upon shipment, you’ll receive an email containing tracking information. It’s worth noting that your order might arrive earlier than the estimated standard delivery timeframe. Additionally, if your order includes customized items, they will be shipped separately, with delivery expected within 9-12 business days.
