Artwork Submission Guidelines
Acceptable File Formats:
- .ai
- .eps
- .tiff
Please ensure Adobe files are saved down to CS4, and tiffs are saved at 300 dpi and actual print size.
We typically do not accept Jpegs due to resolution quality issues.
Microsoft Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint files are also not accepted.
If your artwork does not meet these specifications, we can review it, but please be aware that design charges may apply.
Font Outlining: Remember to outline your fonts and assign desired Pantone colors if specific colors are needed. Otherwise, we will use the closest color match.
Stroke Line Thickness: Stroke lines must be at least 1pt thick. Detail smaller than 1pt may not hold when printed. Non-print areas need to be at least 2 pts thick to prevent filling in completely.
Design Size: Submit your design files sized to your desired print size. It is best to consider the final print size while designing rather than enlarging it afterward, ensuring a crisper, cleaner screen print.
Maximum Print Sizes: Please consider the maximum print sizes for different garment types. Note that some shirt styles may have different print restrictions.
Sending Artwork:For files under 10 MB, email is acceptable. For larger files, please use a file transfer service such as DropBox/ Wetransfer/ GoogleDrive
